Admission Open
Minimum age for admission to standard one is five plus with corresponding increase for each higher standard.
Admissions for Play-Group, Nursery, Jr. Kg. and Sr. Kg. for Jun.2023 batch.
- Play-Group : 2 years complete on or before 31/05/’23
- Nursery : 3 years complete on or before 31/05/’23
- Jr.K.G : 4 years complete on or before 31/05/’23
- Sr.K.G : 5 years complete on or before 31/05/’23
Admissions open for Primary(Std.1 to 8), Secondary(Std.9 & 10), Higher Secondary(Std.12)(Science&Commerce) for the next academic year.
Admissions form will be available for Std.11(Science-Commerce) for the next academic year after Std.10 Board result.
For Primary Section (Std. I to VIII)
Minimum age for admission to standard one is six years complete on or before 31/5/2023 plus with corresponding increase for each higher standard. Students have to appear for a written entrance test. Admission is based on the result of the test to the standard for which student is found suitable.
For Secondary Section and Higher Secondary Section (Std. IX to XII) Science and Commerce
Student passing Std.VIII from The R H Kapadia Primary School run by The Kapadia Education Trust will be admitted in the secondary section of the school in Std. IX provided they have achieved the required standard of merits as per the comittee. Likewise, the students of the secondary section passing in standard X will be preferably admitted in the Higher Secondary section of the school if they acquire the necessary standard of merits.New entrants for secondary have to appear for written entrance test. Admission is based purely on merits.
For Higher Secondary, for new entrants eligibility criteria is purely on merits of Board result and availability of seats.

Admissions will be considered subject to vacancies in the respective grade Once your child has been assessed, the procedure for admission is as follows:

- The Registration Application Form duly filled in must be submitted along with the respective registeration fees in cash or cheque/demand draft , prior to taking the admission test
- Final admission of student after due process will be communicated to parents/ guardians
- The Registration Form must be accompanied by reports of scholastic achievement from the previous school for at least 2 years and 3 passport size photographs.
- On receipt of confirmation, school fees must be paid as per norms.
